Important: Once a request is confirmed by Flyer Express, the requester agrees to pay a flat fee of $15 in the event that a property sells during the design phase or if the requester chooses not to proceed with the design for any reason. This means that if a property sells while a product (email, post card, brochure or paper flyer) is actively being designed and the requester is not able to or does not want to use such product for any reason, they agree to pay a flat fee of $15. This fee is not assessed if the product is distributed prior to the property being sold.

QUESTION: How can I order my first flyer?
ANSWER: At Idea Galleria, we have found that personal contact far exceeds the online template process of other providers. In order to assure we understand your requirements, either go to the Order page or click HERE to call us or provide your contact information and we will be in touch with you in a timely manner.
QUESTION: Will I have to send you the photos of my listings for the flyer?
ANSWER: Absolutely not. We will do all the work in obtaining the photos from the MLS and place them in the flyer. Of course, if you have special photos you'd like to use not shown in the MLS, please email them to contact@ideagalleria.com in a JPEG format and put your MLS# in the subject line.
QUESTION: Will my client get a copy of the flyer?
ANSWER: We understand that your client list is the cornerstone of your business and should be protected accordingly. Therefore, we do not request access to that list. Once the flyer is distributed to all Sussex/Kent County agents, you can forward a copy of the flyer to your clients.
QUESTION: Will I get a chance to proof the flyer before it is sent?
