Email Flyer
We will custom develop and send a flyer for your listing, open house, price reduction or sold listing to your fellow agents who sell in New Castle, Sussex, and/or Kent counties using information from the MLS.

Pricing - just $40.00 for a flyer custom designed and distributed through email.
Printable Flyers/Brochures
We will creatively develop a one-sided or two-sided printable flyer advertisement (8 1/2 x 11") for your information boxes within communities or neighborhoods or to be used as hand-outs. The information will come from the MLS and include both text and pictures to your liking. You will receive a file in PDF format which you can then print.
Pricing - Custom designed printable Flyers ready for you to print and distribute.

Post Card
You will receive a custom developed post card for YOUR CUSTOMERS in a PDF format. We will jointly develop the content with you. You can then print and mail to your customers in a quantity you prefer.
Pricing - Just $40.00 for a custom developed post card in a format ready for printing and mailing to your customers.
Newsletters
Stay in touch with your clients with our quarterly email newsletters. Let them know about local and regional market trends, the latest happenings around town, what properties are available in their area, and more. Your client email list will never be shared or distributed to anyone else. Your email addresses will only be used to send your newsletter.
Pricing - The cost is $105 for a customer designed email newsletters which includes your choice of three pre-designed headers, content and creative layout, list management, and finally, distribution. Your client email list will be used for the sole purpose of sending the newsletter and will never be shared or distributed to anyone else.
Billing/Payment Terms
Important: Once a request is confirmed by Flyer Express, the requester agrees to pay a flat fee of $20 in the event that a property sells during the design phase or if the requester chooses not to proceed with the design for any reason. This means that if a property sells while a product (email, post card, brochure or paper flyer) is actively being designed and the requester is not able to or does not want to use such product for any reason, they agree to pay a flat fee of $20. This fee is not assessed if the product is distributed prior to the property being sold.
